HOA/LOA Meeting – 9/9/21 @ 7:00pm

The next Brookshire / Briarstone HOA and LOA meeting will occur:

Agenda:
1) Annual Budget
2) Starting next year, the Board will steadily send out the yearly dues notice on May 1st and will be due on May 31st.
3) New officer’s elections. President, Vice-President and Treasurer positions are open. We are happy to serve another year, however, the positions are open.
4) Goose invasion, we’re looking into how to control. The good news, we have a DVM in our neighborhood, Dr. Amy Czarnecki of 4881 Essex Dr. who we’re counseling with.
5) Muskrat Invasion – the Board hired a company to relocate.
6) Phyllis will talk about lake health.
7) Open for questions and concerns.
