Below are the Covenants that have been recorded with the Hamilton County Recorder’s Office. There are (3) sections within our neighborhood: Brookshire Lakes Section One, Brookshire Lakes Section Two, and Briarstone.
One December 11, 2019, the following Amended, Restated, and Combined Covenants and Restrictions were submitted to the Hamilton County Recorder’s Office. As indicated below, these Amended Covenants superseded the original documents.
Brookshire Lakes Section Two was not included in these Amended Covenants. Section Two’s Covenants are below:
